Netball Victoria FREE Online Netball Sessions
Netball Australia has announced it will partner with netball fitness organisation NETFIT to deliver live and free online netball workouts and programs to netballers as Australia limits group gatherings to deal with COVID-19 (coronavirus).
The Fitness Marshall
Choreographed dancing to pop music. There are usually three dancers in the clip doing various levels of the same moves, so it caters for lots of fitness levels. It’s super inclusive and shows a diverse range of abilities, too. It’s also just really fun and great for those endorphins!
No Lights No Lycra
No Lights No Lycra have been running free dance events in the dark for the last ten years. Now they have taken their classes online so that everyone can join in. The classes are run by ZOOM on Mondays and Thursdays for half an hour at 7:30pm. Simply chuck in your headphones, turn off the lights and dance around - without having to worry about other people seeing you!
