After the success of this program in term 3, we are now opening it up for a new group in term 4. “Being Well” is a wellbeing focused weekly online group for young people ages 12 - 25.
Young people can come to one session OR all of them - whichever interests them.
Sessions will include- Zen your bedroom space, Food & Mood, Using art to practice mindfulness, bullet journaling and more.
