Youth Participation Network

The young people on the Banyule Youth Participation Network play an important role in speaking to Council on behalf of other youth. They believe strongly in getting involved in their community and to being heard. They have hosted a United Nations "Taster" Day, were involved in the Banyule Youth Festival, advise Council on the way they deliver their Youth Services and project manage Banyule 100. BYPN are always open for new people to join, they meet every second Wednesday after school during term at the council buildings in Ivanhoe.
