EGG is a groovy social and support group for same sex attracted and transgender for same sex attracted, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning young people aged 14 to 21 who live, work, study or play in Banyule or Nillumbik.
We have fun activities, discussions, creative projects, food and regular dinners, can help out with health, counselling and welfare issues and support doing your own projects too. We also offer volunteering opportunities and students placements for young people interested in LGBT issues and rights.
The project also offers schools sexuality & diversity training, consultancy, advice and leadership training for young people.
The group is FREE and we hang out on Monday's, so you can drop-in between 4.30pm to 6.30pm at a venue close to Eltham Station. New members very welcome.

Safe School Coalition
Safe Schools Coalition Victoria (SSCV) is a coalition of schools and individuals dedicated to creating safer educational environments where same sex attracted and gender questioning young people are supported, where every family can belong, where every teacher can teach and every student can learn. West Heidelberg Community Legal service
The West Heidelberg Community Legal Service run a free weekly GLBTIQ legal service as an adjunct to its free generalist practice. Clients will need to be the holder of a current health care card, pension card, or youth. The service will be staffed by one gay lawyer and one lesbian lawyer. There will be two concurrent appointments of half hour duration beginning at 3.00pm and running until 4.30pm making a total of eight appointments per week.
