Information forum: "16+ What now? - work transition for young people with disabilities"
The Cerebral Palsy Support Network is holding an Information Forum - 16+, What Now? on Wednesday, 12 May, 2010 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the Northcote Town Hall, 189 High St, Northcote.
This invitation to anyone interested in the issues surrounding young people with disabilities who are beginning to plan their career and transition from school to work and/or further education, and especially the following groups of people:
- Parents of students aged 16+
- Young people with a disability aged 16+ or approaching their senior years at secondary school
- Your family, friends and supporters
The major focus will be on having an opportunity to ask questions and get answers from a panel of professionals who support young people to transition from school to work and further education.
