Project: Alcohol and Smoking: Aims to reduce alcohol related harm among secondary school students
Year 11 and Year 12 Students at Concord school in Bundoora having been working together throughout the year on drug education and harm minimisation.
The students choose to complete a project on alcohol and smoking.
The aim of the project was to support students in gaining an understanding of the effects of alcohol and smoking on the human body and about other dangers associated with their use.
Students were also required to develop resources to assist in communicating an effective message to other young people about the harms associated with alcohol and smoking.
"I liked playing the game, pouring the drinks, working in groups at problems, doing the acting and passing the bottles".
